Prize / Competition

All competition and promotions, must run fairly and marketing communications for the promotion, must not mislead. How to Enter: like the post, tag 3 friends and reshare on stories for bonus points. You may enter as many times as you like.

All giveaways/contests are open to residents of all countries, except those where products / goods cannot directly be shipped. All entrants must be over the age of 16 at the time of entry.

Entries of this competitions will only be accepted from 9/01/22 up until 23/01/22 7pm AEST

All prizes of the competition are non-refundable / exchangeable - they are specified to the products / winnings on the post and cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other product, unless specified in the post.Value of the product may differ at the time of receiving the prize. Formi will not be responsible for any fluctuation in value.

Any comment, like or response to an entrant’s post or comment by Formi / @laurajadestone does not influence the outcome of a random draw, any final decision, or the choice/outcome of any winner.

Employees of Formi or any affiliated companies, suppliers or agencies are not eligible to take part in the social competitions and any such entries will be null and void.

Winner Reveal

Prize Draws and Giveaways on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter: the winner will be chosen at random (by a third-party app where applicable) on the specified date/time and notified via the comment section or direct message within 7 days of the prize draw end date. The winner will need to respond within 3 days or a new winner will be chosen. The details of the competition entry requirements and dates will be outlined on all posts related to the competition. If the competition winner does not receive the notification due to spam, someone else will be chosen and this will be out of Formi’s control, and after the 3 day reply window, a new winner will be chosen.

The winners will be published on the original giveaway page or contest page, either via story or on the comments. Beyond this Formi / @laurajadestone is under no further obligation to inform entrants (other than contacting the winning entrant directly) or the general public as to the identity of the winner.

For the purpose of sending out the prize the winners will be asked for their contact details. These details will only be used for sending out the prize and for any relevant communication regarding the competition only. Personal data will not be used beyond this purpose. Any specified prizes will be sent within 10 days of the winner confirming their address. Formi cannot be held responsible for problems relating to non-delivery or delay in delivery once they have been sent. Formi / @laurajadestone is not responsible once the items have been posted and can-not accept responsibility for any issues with delivery that is out of its control. Please note that during the Covid-19 pandemic there may be delays in the postage and delivery system that are beyond Formi’s / @laurajadestones control.

Formi Hair reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond. Formi Hair reserves the right to disqualify any entrants from the competition at any time, if they have tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process and / or violates the Terms & Conditions. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, legal action may be taken.
